FLYaborad2009-10-14 最新魁北克技術移民評分標準解讀：
1.更看重申請人的專業（受訓領域）
2.放寬年齡限制但鼓勵申請人的年輕化
3.對配偶工作不再做要求
4.配偶學歷加分放寬至普通高中
整體來說這次調整對大部分申請人是有利的，是魁省放寬移民政策的一個信號，同時新的評分標準更科學合理。
